Chris Philips is an award-winning UK radio presenter with a lifelong dedication to jazz. In 2024, he co-founded One Jazz Radio with Jez Nelson, creating a not-for-profit platform dedicated to exploring the music in all its depth and diversity.
With more than 40 years of broadcasting experience, Chris is a respected voice in UK radio. He can be heard every Saturday evening on Jazz FM UK and regularly on London’s Mi-Soul Radio. Beyond the studio, he is a familiar presence at live music events and also serves as match-day host at EFL football club AFC Wimbledon, welcoming fans to the club’s new Plough Lane stadium.
